Rumos has been awarded the 2023 Best HR Providers Award

Rumos achieved an average of 90.4 points, on a scale of 0 to 100, in the Best HR Providers Index, an improvement over the result achieved in 2022 (89.9 points). Rumos also stands out for having achieved 93 points in the Net Promoter Score category, which is based on the question "likelihood of recommending the provider to a business partner."
This initiative is promoted by the AGP, the Portuguese Association of People Management, and this year marks its 12th edition. Its purpose is to identify and disseminate the best service providers for human resources organizations in Portugal. This assessment is done through an opinion survey conducted among the organizations, which over the past 36 months, used the services provided by the companies nominated for the awards, in which the organizations have to evaluate aspects such as brand image, service quality, staff, price, satisfaction, trust, and professionalism.
