Rumos has been awarded the 2022 Best HR Providers Award

The awards are promoted by the AGP, the Portuguese Association of People Management, in partnership with two companies, Qmetrics and Mínimos Quadrados. The award ceremony was held at the Hotel Real Palácio on March 16, 2022.
This initiative, now in its 11th edition in 2022, aims to identify and showcase the best service providers for human resources organizations in Portugal. The evaluation is based on a survey of organizations that, over the past 36 months, have utilized the services of the companies nominated for the awards. Respondents assess various criteria, including brand image, service quality, staff, pricing, satisfaction, and loyalty. Rumos earned a score of 89.8 out of 100 in the Best HR Providers Index, reflecting an above-average performance compared to other nominees in the Best HR Suppliers ranking.
In the year Rumos celebrates its 30th anniversary, this award serves as a well-deserved recognition of its efforts to enhance the skills of Portuguese professionals and the outstanding quality of its team.
