The present page is intended to regulate the general conditions of acquisition of our services of training and certification exams. 

 

1. Academy courses, Postgraduate degrees, and FLAG’s training offer:

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 20 business days’ notice or more prior to the start of the course, the candidate will not be charged.                                                                                                                                 

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 20 business days’ notice or less, the participant will be given the opportunity to transfer the registration to another date and will be charged for the remaining portion of the course fee on that new date. This guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months, as long as there is a minimum number of registrations for a new course to take place within that period. If not, the participant will be charged for the remaining portion of the course fee.                                                                                                   

Failure to attend the course without submitting a written cancellation request will result in the full course fee being charged and the loss of the right to attend the course. If the participant withdraws during the course, the full cost of the course fee will be charged. However, the participant will be given the opportunity to transfer the registration to a new date. This guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months, as long as there is a minimum number of registrations for a new course to take place within that period. 

A minimum number of registrations is required for a course to be viable. We reserve the right to postpone a course due to lack of viability, with at least 2 business days’ notice to those who have registered for the course. Participants who are already registered in the course will be automatically rescheduled for the new date, unless a participant objects to the rescheduling within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of notification of the postponement, in which case, he/she will be refunded the registration fee if already paid. If the course is cancelled for a reason for which we are solely responsible, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, if already paid.                                                                                                                             

In the event that conditions change after a course has been confirmed, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course, and all participants will be duly notified.                                                                               

For reasons of force majeure, we may interrupt or postpone a training course after it has started, for a maximum of 2 months. In this case, if we interrupt or postpone the course again for the same reason, the participant may refuse to continue the course by notifying us in writing and will only be required to pay for the course attended up to the time of that second notification.                                                                           

Failure to pay the course fee will result in legal action being taken to collect the debt.

2. Cisco, Management, Business, and Red Hat Training courses and Red Hat Exams, Galileu’s training offer and resale of partners’ training courses: 

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 10 business days’ notice or more prior to the start of the course, the candidate will not be charged.

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 10 business days’ notice or less, or in case of non-attendance, the client will be charged the registration fee and lose the right to attend the course. A minimum number of registrations is required for a course to be viable. We reserve the right to postpone a course due to lack of viability, with at least 10 business days’ notice to those who have registered for the course. Participants who are already registered in the course will be automatically rescheduled for the new date, unless a participant objects to the rescheduling within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of notification of the postponement, in which case, he/she will be refunded the registration fee if already paid.

If the course is cancelled for a reason for which we are solely responsible, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, if already paid.

3. Training courses (others not previously mentioned):

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 5 business days’ notice or more prior to the start of the course, the candidate will not be charged. 

If the registration is cancelled in writing with 5 business days’ notice or less, or in case of non-attendance, the client will be charged the registration fee, but he/she will be given the opportunity to transfer the registration to a new date, or to someone else.
On this new date, there may be additional costs to be borne by the client, related to materials purchased for the course that may expire, or changes to the terms of sale. This guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months and during this period we will do our best to confirm the course, but we cannot be held responsible if it is not repeated.

4. Certification Exams (others not previously mentioned)

Cancellation or postponement with 48 business hours' notice or less:

• For exams included in the training course, the penalty is the loss of the right to take the exam.
• For exams not included in the training course, the full amount will be charged (exam + service provision fees).

Any situation not covered in this document will be communicated promptly during the registration process.
