Support Escalation Manager

  • Higher education in the area of ​​Information Technologies;
  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in Escalation Manager and/or Project Manager roles;
  • Proven professional experience supporting Microsoft products and services;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, On-prem/server technologies;
  • ITIL certification is valued;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Good analysis, organization and planning skills;
  • Rigor, critical sense and good time management.
