Service Desk Expert (Report & SLAs)
- Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
- Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs;
- Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
- Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements;
- Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process;
- Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI;
- ITIL, Power BI and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued;
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong customer orientation and service quality;
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy.
