Profile
- Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
- Professional experience of more than 1 year in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks and hardware;
- Good communication skills and customer orientation;
- Ability to adapt and work as part of a team;
- Dynamism and proactivity.
- Remote technical support or on-site visits;
- Repair and maintenance of computers, cell phones and tablets;
- Installation or configuration of new equipment, systems and applications, ensuring that everything is configured correctly and working in accordance with the Organization's rules and policies;
- Managing tickets and collecting field data to support 2nd and 3rd line support teams;
- If necessary, carrying out 1st line support activities using the Organization's ITSM system;
- Constant communication with agents and the internal team to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and that the Organization's procedures and policies are complied with;
- Keeping documentation up to date during support processes;
- Compliance with the Organization's security policies and rules.
