Field Coordinator
- Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
- Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar functions;
- Proven professional experience in producing and managing service reports, with definition of KPIs;
- Strong technical knowledge in both the Retail and End User areas;
- Good knowledge of logistics and Asset management;
- Knowledge of Office 365, SAP and ServiceNow tools is valued;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Knowledge of English is valued;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Critical thinking and problem solving;
- Ease of adapting to changes and new technologies;
- Spirit of initiative and teamwork spirit.
- Responsible for liaising with customers for Field, Logistics and Preparation projects (and other necessary);
- Responsible for the interface between the different teams;
- Preparation of work plans;
- Organization of services with a focus on implementing and complying with stipulated data;
- Team coordination;
- Technical support to teams whenever necessary;
- Guarantee of the entire Asset and Inventory Management process;
- Stock and purchasing management;
- Communication and negotiation with partners.
