31 May, 2024
The "Happiness Works 2024" initiative measures organizational happiness, celebrating companies that stand out for fostering well-being and satisfaction among their teams. The study, conducted with input from employees, evaluates key factors such as job satisfaction, team integration, and work-life balance.
According to Jorge Lopes, Managing Director and Board Member of Rumos Training:
"Receiving this award is a testament to our commitment to creating a workplace where our employees feel valued, motivated, and happy. This award underscores our ongoing dedication to promoting an organizational culture that balances personal and professional well-being while encouraging growth and satisfaction. We will continue to invest in training, internal mobility, and wellness initiatives to ensure that Rumos remains a benchmark for excellence in the business world."
Rumos prioritizes its organizational culture through several initiatives, including employee satisfaction surveys, continuous training, internal mobility, and career progression opportunities. The company also recognizes productivity and performance with awards, supports a hybrid work model, and fosters team connections through themed events and social responsibility initiatives. Additional benefits, such as access to specialist consultations, health insurance, and 25 vacation days, further emphasize its commitment to work-life balance.
The "Happiness Works 2024" study, promoted by Revista Exame in partnership with the APG – the Portuguese Association of People Management – and other national entities, has been conducted since 2012. To date, the initiative has engaged 47,000 professionals across 390 organizations in Portugal.
Notably, all three training companies within the Rumos Group – Flag, Galileu, and Rumos – were awarded this distinction, reaffirming the group's leadership in fostering employee happiness and well-being.
