Rumos has been awarded the 2024 Best HR Providers Award

For the third consecutive year, Rumos has been honored with the 2024 Best HR Providers Award in the “Training, Coaching, and Professional Development” category. This prestigious award is an initiative of the AGP – Portuguese Association of People Management. The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 21, at the Hotel Real Palácio in Lisbon.
The initiative, now in its 13th edition, aims to identify and promote the best service providers for human resources organizations in Portugal. This is achieved through an opinion study evaluating services delivered over the past 36 months.
Candidate companies were anonymously assessed by their clients via a survey covering various dimensions, including the provider's image, quality of products and/or services, staff, perceived value, overall satisfaction, and loyalty to the HR provider.
