Rumos has been awarded the 2023 Best HR Providers Award

Rumos achieved a score of 90.4 out of 100 in the Best HR Providers Index, marking an improvement from last year’s score of 89.9. Additionally, Rumos scored 93 points in the Net Promoter Score category, which is based on the question: "How likely are you to recommend this provider to a business partner?"
Promoted by the AGP - Portuguese Association of People Management, this initiative, now in its 12th edition, aims to identify and recognize the best service providers for human resources organizations in Portugal. This is achieved through an opinion study conducted over the past 36 months, evaluating services provided to clients. The survey assesses aspects such as brand image, service quality, customer care, staff, perceived value, satisfaction, trust, and professionalism.
