Support Engineer (Azure Platform)

  • 2+ years of experience as Support Engineer (customer, technical and/or billing support role);
  • Experience with Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Azure Networking) e Azure Active Directory Fundamentals (eg: User, Group, Domain Management);
  • Strong Knowledge in Azure Platform;
  • Good Knowledge in Windows Active Directory Services and Windows Networking;
  • Good Knowledge Office 365 Management;
  • Fluent in English and/or in French;
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent communication ability;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
