Service Desk Expert
- Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
- Professional experience of more than 2 years in a Service Desk role;
- Proven professional experience in technical support for Windows environments, particularly workplace operating systems and their troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of customer support processes;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Ability to carry out actions autonomously;
- Ability to analyse and propose improvements;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Attention to detail, proactivity and dynamism.
