Service Desk Analyst

  • Academic qualifications at high school level;
  • Professional experience of more than 2 years in Service Desk;
  • Proven professional experience in Windows (Client and Server) and Office;
  • Strong knowledge in trobleshooting of Software and Hardware problems, as well as supporting End Users;
  • Valid certification in ITIL Foundation is mandatory;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Documentation production capacity;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
  • Availability for work between 8 am and 8pm, from Monday to Friday.
