Project Coordinator (Rollout)
Profile
- Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
- Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in project management, preferably in the IT or retail area;
- Experience in ITSM tools;
- Experience in Asset Management;
- Strong MS Office skills, with a special focus on Excel;
- Knowledge of MS Project, or other project management tools, will be valued;
- Leadership and teamwork skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Strong ability to work under pressure and in a construction environment;
- Driving license (required);
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Availability for a 6-month project.
- Managing communication with the client and internal teams;
- Coordinating activities between the different departments: technical teams from Field, Logistics, Staging and Technical Coordinators;
- Planning and monitoring the execution of projects, guaranteeing deadlines and quality;
- Resolving operational problems and aligning expectations with the client;
- Producing reports and recurring status reports.
