Helpdesk Technician/Support Application

  • Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
  • Professional experience of more than 2 years providing technical, application and End User support;
  • Proven professional experience in technical support for software, hardware and networks;
  • Strong knowledge of databases and information extraction and analysis tools, such as SQL, Power BI or Excel (advanced level);
  • Knowledge in Medicine One and Primavera business software is valued;
  • Knowledge of English (valued);
  • Good communication, project management and systems analysis skills;
  • Teamwork and continuous learning spirit;
  • Ability to analyze and pay attention to detail;
  • Dynamism and proactivity.
This position is for Restelo, Belem area, in Lisbon.
