Helpdesk Technician (On-Site)

  • Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
  • Professional experience of more than 1 year in technical support/troubleshooting functions on Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
  • Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), Operating Systems and Hardware;
  • Experience in the Retail sector is valued;
  • Fluency in Spanish;
  • Good communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work as a team;
  • Dynamism and proactivity;
  • Availability to work shifts 24/7.
