Field Technician

  • Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in field service, preferably in the retail sector;
  • Solid knowledge of hardware and software, including installation and configuration of POS and Self Checkout;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
  • Driving licence (compulsory);
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work shifts;
  • Availability for a 6-month project.

  • Installing, configuring and uninstalling IT equipment in retail shops, such as POS, Self checkout, printers and peripherals;
  • Carrying out technical hardware and software interventions;
  • Resolving technical problems on site, ensuring an efficient and timely service;
  • Support in preparing and transporting equipment when necessary;
  • Collaborating with the Field Coordinator and other teams to ensure the quality of implementations.
