Field Technician
- Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in field service, preferably in the retail sector;
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software, including installation and configuration of POS and Self Checkout;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
- Driving licence (compulsory);
- Willingness to travel frequently and work shifts;
- Availability for a 6-month project.
- Installing, configuring and uninstalling IT equipment in retail shops, such as POS, Self checkout, printers and peripherals;
- Carrying out technical hardware and software interventions;
- Resolving technical problems on site, ensuring an efficient and timely service;
- Support in preparing and transporting equipment when necessary;
- Collaborating with the Field Coordinator and other teams to ensure the quality of implementations.
