Field Support Technician (2nd line)

  • Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
  • Professional experience of more than 2 years in Field Support functions, remotely;
  • Proven professional experience with troubleshooting Microsoft applications (Microsoft products, Operating Systems, Networking, among others);
  • Solid knowledge of Hardware components;
  • Good knowledge in preparing documentation;
  • Good understanding and compliance with Service Levels (SLA's);
  • Knowledge of SQL Database (troubleshooting) is valued;
  • Experience in the Retail sector is valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Knowledge in English and Spanish is valued;
  • Good communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work as a team;
  • Dynamism and proactivity.
