End User Support Analyst

  • Academic qualifications at high school level;
  • Professional experience of more than 2 years in End User Support;
  • Proven professional experience in Operating Systems (Workstations and Servers);
  • Strong knowledge of diagnosing and solving Hardware problems, Networking problems (Switches, Access Points, Routers), as well as other equipment problems (printers, TVs, projectors, among others);
  • Valid certification in CompTIA A+ Essentials is mandatory;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to produce documentation;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
  • Availability for hours between 8am and 8pm, from Monday to Friday.
